Homework:

Due every day: Read for thirty minutes.
Due Wednesday, May 8th; Come to class prepared to discuss and be assessed on chapters 6 & 7 of Animal Farm.
Due Friday, May 10th; Please bring in a short essay response to the New York Times article on Rihanna & Chris Brown that we read in class. Your essay should be at least two paragraphs of at least five sentences. Remember that your first sentence is your topic sentence, and all other sentences in that paragraph should support your  topic sentence.
